The price is based on the property you want inspected, we do not force your Home Inspection into a fixed time slot. We tailor the time needed for a full and detailed Inspection of the property. A smaller house usually requires about 2-3 hours to inspect. The larger the home, the more time we will need to perform a full inspection. If the property is more than 50 years old price will increase because typically older property takes more time to inspect.
